The neck massager helps me so much since I suffer from nerve damage in my neck which causes muscle spasms all the time. One thing is it beats the sticky pads that get caught in my hair and if you fall asleep it's no big deal it's comfortable and doesn't disturb my sleep. This is a great little massager that you can take with you anywhere you go! I work at home and it requires me to be an infant of my laptop maximum time at the same time taking care of other household work. I was expecting something different for a neck massager. so this was a pleasant surprise. It works through electrical stimulation vs mechanical (movement) stimulation. It's like when you put a 9volt battery in your tongue and get a tingle. This massager sends electrical stimulation to the metal electrodes to pulse. It works best with the heat/warm feature.

This is great for WFH when you sit even more than going to work. It is not a physical massager. This massager works by generating small amounts of electric shock that mimics a massage. There are several modes and several intensity levels and it also heats up. I feel somewhat relieved after using it.

It took a while to comment. I bought a seat massage instrument before. Unlike it. it's lighter and unrestricted. I can use it in bed or when reading books. I like its heating mode. It can relax my neck. It's worth trying.

It warms my neck at the same time it gives you a massage. And it has several intensities for you. you can set up at the intensity that works most comfortable for you. My neck really relaxed after the massage! Love it!

Had neck pain and tension issues for a long time. Love the features coming with heat function which helps to increase circulation. But the massage power is kinda weaker than I expected tho. Always have a nice sleep after using this before bedtime.
